The ties: the same owner only where the identity rule joins the keys; the likely tier dashed, with its evidence, never counted; transfers to or from a validator's operator account, another collector or a wallet active in the last 30 days, one hop, each with its transactions. A tie is a transfer, not ownership.

Blocks 6,751,400 to 7,749,999 (4 Jul 2023 to 5 Apr 2024) are not read yet: no source serves them to the index. Everything before block 2,000,000 (16 Apr 2022) is not read yet.
